Its an OK service. Why must they pick a woman to introduce the service with such a dispassionate un endearing and cold voice. She sounds so robotic, harsh and unwelcoming, that's enough to put you off.

There are plenty of woman out there who have a warm welcoming voice.The initial customer interface is so important.
