BEWARE -this company steals your money! I went to use myaccount and got a recording saying I had no credit. I knew that could not be the case as I had used it only a week ago and had £8 of credit. So rang and spoke with them and got told if you don't top up every 6 months you will lose whatever credit you have. I said to the guy why on earth would I top up if I still had credit?? It's an excuse for them to take your money, beware!!!!!!!.

In summary, I would not recommend Planet-Talk to a friend.
