I have used Planet Talk for a number of years and once I got used to them emptying my balance every six months it has worked well up until now.
However, the end of six months has just passed and as expected they have just taken what ever balance I had. My problem now is that no one is answering their phone to enable me to top up. This is now my third attempt in 24 hours, it is now 4:20pm and I have been listening to recorded music for over an hour with no one answering their phone.
Has anyone any suggestions as to how to contact Planet Talk by phone ?
In summary, I would recommend Planet-Talk to a friend.
