I have been a sporadic user of Call2 for over 10 years. The service sometimes works very well. At other times, it fails. Recently, they closed my account, because it was dormant for 6 months, just as I needed to use it again to make a call from Argentina to the US. Customer service wouldn't re-instate my account without an unreasonable amount of rigamarole. I guess the small amount of money they gained by capturing my balance justified screwing a long-term customer.

In summary, I would not recommend Call2 to a friend.

After attempting to use different ways to call, I finally found call2.com. I found that it was much more simple than other companies, and any problems were fixed instantly. The call was good quality and the Customer Support was incredibly friendly and quick. Thank you call2.com for actually relieving my stress levels!

In summary, I would recommend Call2 to a friend.

Terrible. Constant dropped calls, contacted customer service and they gave different answers each time without fixing the problem. Do not use it for professional use as you will be disconnected and need to call your contact back several times during a conversation.

In summary, I would not recommend Call2 to a friend.
