For over 9 months, my husband and I were using this service to call North America, Western Europe, and the Middle East from the UK - with no problems. All of a sudden, we were unable to call, using either WiFi (iPhone app) or the local access number. The phone would ring three times and then stop (but the timer kept rolling, deducting minutes/money from our accounts), with no sound on either line (my mom and dad said they picked up after 2 rings but couldn't hear anything on their end, and neither could I hear anything on my end.
Our calls to customer service were met with indifference and unwillingness to even listen to the problem (they kept interrupting when we tried explaining the problem, and their communication skills were extremely inadequate). First, I was told that my account was blocked for unauthorized use - without any explanation or notification (they could have emailed me, texted me, or called me to notify me of this 'courtesy' blockage). Then, I was told that I had 5 pence of credit left on my account -- when I was absolutely certain I still had 5.94 GBP, as I haven't...
