Exceptionally poor customer service.

I had been using Jajah for a couple of years without problem. I use it solely to call relatives in China. Then all of a sudden the service was interrupted and could no longer get through. A voice at the other end would answer and then the call was immediately dropped. No more Jajah China service and it never worked again. When I contacted customer service it took a very long time for them to respond. After several email communications it turns out they had no idea what the problem was. So they said they'd refund the $50 I had just deposited into my account. A month has elapsed I have yet to see my money. My advice: find another service! In summary, I would not recommend JaJah to a friend.

awful customer service and they don't respond

I have used this service a bit and it works well. What is not good is their customer service - once loaded onto your account there is no way to get any refund back. Also, the credit expires if you don't use the account. I will not use these guys again. In summary, I would not recommend JaJah to a friend.
