What do people want these days??? This service allows me to call my elderly family in Greece on a regular basis without all them having to be on a pc or smart phone which they don't understand. The line is clear and we can easily hear each other. No problems so far. It saves me a fortune so I am happy with the Service.

In summary, I would recommend JustCall to a friend.

Hardly get connected lately, contacted customer service but they totally ignore you. Do not sign up, it will cost you money and you can't make any calls as after 10 minutes you get disconnected.

I used Just Call to make international calls to Malawi. Their site said "Mobile to Malawi Mobile" would be just over 8p per min. I was expecting to get about 115 mins from the £10 with which I credited my phone. instead I got charged over 34p per min and the call ate through my credit in about 30min and the automatically topped up with another £10.

I called JustCall about 10 times, and each time got cut off during the automatic transfer. I called another day and was told that they would look into it and call me back. They didn't. I called again and was told that someone would call back. I took the persons name, and someone did eventually call back. They told me that the network that I called in Malawi charged a higher rate, but I can find nowhere on their website that there is a discrimination between networks. I happened to call Telecom Networks Malawi, which hold 42% of the market share in Malawi, so you have to be pretty luck not to dial a mobile number in Malawi which does not belong to them. Its an OK service. Why must they pick a woman to introduce the service with such a dispassionate un endearing and cold voice. She sounds so robotic, harsh and unwelcoming, that's enough to put you off.

There are plenty of woman out there who have a warm welcoming voice.The initial customer interface is so important.

No fuss, no frills, no problems calling numbers in New Zealand and Europe regularly.
Saved a fortune as I can sometimes be on for an hour to a son in NZ - cost 60p!
Never had a dropped connection or poor quality line. Couldn't be easier to use; the prompts you hear when calling are short and to the point, so you're not clocking up costs listening to lots of options, it's just "Thank you for calling Just Call. Calls to this number are charged at 1p per minute from a BT landline. Please enter the number you wish to dial."
Highly recommended.
